Sonja Lyubormirsky, Ph.D.

Understanding the science of happiness

A Distinguished Professor of Psychology at the University of California, Riverside and author of The How of Happiness and The Myths of Happiness (published in 39 countries), Sonja received her B.A. summa cum laude from Harvard University and her Ph.D. in social psychology from Stanford University. Lyubomirsky’s research on the possibility of lastingly increasing happiness through gratitude, kindness, and connection interventions has received numerous accolades and awards.

Ryan Hickman

Being a young entrepreneur and having a vision

Ryan has embarked on a recycling journey that has inspired many since the tender age of 3. He started collecting cans and bottles and now he’s a recycling advocate with customers all over Orange Country, CA. His goal is to prevent recyclables from harming the environment. Ryan is a 2017 CNN Young Wonder, he’s appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show, Little Big Shots, and been featured on NBC, CNN, CNBC, PBS, FOX News, Good Morning America, The Today Show, TIME Magazine for Kids, National Geographic, and more.
